Sporting Clays

The 6th Annual Ronald McDonald Sporting Clays Fundraiser

Our Sporting Clays course at Fairfield County Fish & Game has evolved into a unique and formidable shooting facility. We have the capability of having 18 fully automated stations in the woods, encompassing 1 mile of groomed trail. We also have available to Members two 5 Stands; one of which is open all year. Our targets can be set to challenge the experienced and nurture the beginner.

We are a private Shooting Facility that, in addition to our Member private fun shoots, has several public shoots each year including 5 to 6 registered National Sporting Clays Association events. If any further information is needed please email one of the contacts.

Regulations Concerning use of Carts/ATVs on Club Property

News & Events

Hi Everyone,

Looks like 2025 will be another outstanding year for Sporting Clays at FCF&G. In 2025 we accomplished some remarkable achievements, at our 9th annual Ronald McDonald shoot we helped them raise in excess of $80,000 from the fundraiser. We not only had a Ton of donated food for the Newtown Food Pantry, but we also raised and donated $3500.00 to them.

We are looking forward to our upcoming 2025 events. There are six National Sporting Clays Assoc. registered events scheduled and open to the public. In September we will be hosting the 10th  Annual Sporting Clays Fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut & Western Massachusetts. More information on these and our other 2025 public shoots will be forthcoming.

Our Fall League will be commencing on September 28, 2025.
